Lettering for 1937 AAR design - door and a half boxcars

The Central of Georgia Railroad received 700 door and a half 40’ boxcars of the 1937 AAR 10’-0” IH design. Built by both Pullman and AC&F and delivered as
follows:
 
Series 6300-6499, 200 cars, American Car & Foundry, Lot 2700 - delivered November, 1944
Series 6500-6574, 100 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 5678 - delivered August, 1941
Series 6600-6999, 400 cars, Pullman-Standard, Lot 5778 - delivered February, 1945
 
Paint & Lettering: Cars were painted freight car brown: TCP-185, underbody and truck side frames coated with black car cement - wheels left unpainted and
allowed to gather road grime and rust. Lettering was all white stencil paste. CG 6624 (over) carries its as-delivered scheme, CG 6357 has been repainted in 1952
with the Money Saver scheme, and CG 6516 displays the 1958 The Right Way scheme.
