1940-41 40' autocar for IC by Mt Vernon - 5/5 DN, Series 37000-37499

Series 37000-37499, built 1940-41 by Mt Vernon Car Co, came with Ajax hand brake assembly, Apex running boards, 5/5/5 Youngstown 14' doors, roping staples and chain pipes in the floor for auto chain storage. Equiped with Barber S-2 solid bearing trucks (with ball bearings in the model for easy rolling) with sintered steel rib-back wheels.  Beautifily built in Korea by BooRim Precision to both plans and photos to create a very accurate model.
